Choose one or more recurring 4.5-hour weekly blocks that repeat every week.

Yes. Many practitioners start with one block and expand as they grow.

Can I change my schedule?

Yes, subject to availability.

Yes, if your preferred block is unavailable.

Pricing

What are the monthly prices?

Prime blocks $224/month, Select blocks $199/month, Value blocks $149/month (plus GST where applicable).

What is included?

Furniture, internet, utilities, cleaning, common areas, filtered drinking water, washroom access and professional décor.

Are there hidden fees?

No. Pricing is designed to be predictable.

What are the terms?

Three-month minimum commitment, then month-to-month with 30 days' notice.
